  • Returns: Due to hygiene, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order number.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Consumer Guarantees: You have rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, or misrepresented products.
